There are no special instructions for the Visoflex 14167 adapter.

Just unscrew the original bayonet and screw the
special Leitax mount version for the Telyt 400/6.8




The Leica Visoflex 14167 adapter was converted to Nikon mount with our Leitax mount special edition.
