 This is the Olympus OM-System Zuiko 18/3.5 lens.

 It has three screws at the bayonet base, we have to remove them.

 And just lift the mount.

Now we have to cut a piece like this one from a elastic plastic material (PVC).

(I can send you a piece if you need it)

 And insert it in this space pressing the aperture lever to the left, so the iris will close.

The elastic plastic has to enter there with a little pressure, so it will stay secure.

 I will paint on flat black those white metal screws.
I use a marker from Micro-tools

Ready, now screw the Leitax mount and we can use this Zuiko lens on our modern digital camera.
