This is the Olympus OM-System Zuiko 90/2.0
Auto-Macro lens.

It has three screws at the bayonet base, let's remove them.

And just lift the mount.

Now make an angle like this from a piece of elastic plastic.
 I can send it to you if you ask me when ordering the Leitax mount.

It has to fit tight to keep itself in place. In the picture I explain where to adjust it.

it is important to check if the iris close until the smaller position, if not, it means  the angle is too small.

Now install the Leitax mount , the orange line goes in front the scale center.

And attach it using the provided screws.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to use the Dandelion chip with this lens due to the little space between the Leitax mount and the glass housing.

Now you can use this Zuiko lens on any Nikon F-mount or Pentax camera.
