This is the Leica-R Macro-Elmar 100/4.
This version has no focus ring, you have to use a bellows with it.
You could replace the original one with a Leitax mount of your camera system, and use your bellows.
But I will use the original Leitz one, this way you can use its auto-macro capabilities.
The bellows mount has six holes.
But this internal rim doesn't allow the use of the standard Leitax mount, we have to use the special model for the Telyt 400/6.8
Just screw it, paying attention to the red point position.
And now we can use this excellent combo on our modern digital camera.
