Here you can see the three cams. |

First, remove the three black screws |
|
Now, lift the black shroud, better don't use the fingers, you could touch the lens by accident. |
|
If you put the focus ring to the minimal distance, it's easy to take it out. |
|
Unscrew the bayonet. |
|
And lift it. |
|
Search for the small steel ball and save it in secure place. |
|
Now unscrew the two clear metal cams. |
|
Here all the removed items. |
|
Put some grease at the hole where the small ball goes. |
|
And the ball on top of its hole. Now you can install the Leitax mount. |
|
And use again the original mount screws. |
