First, unscrew the black shroud screws. |

And use the plastic tool to lift it. |

Now we can take it with the fingers. |

But the aperture lever nose doesn't allow to remove it. |

Let's unscrew the bayonet meanwhile.. |

Now remove the bayonet. |

Look for the small ball and save it for now. |

Finally I realized that focusing to the shorter distance we can liberate the shroud.. |

Now I replace the small bearing ball, and add some grease on it. |

And now we can install the Leitax bayonet, the red dot in front the scale center for Pentax, and slightly to the right for Nikon. |
