Welcome to Leitax, this is our Nikon-F to Pentax-K page. After many requests from Pentax users, now we can offer this new Leitax replacement bayonet to use certain manual Nikkor and all Zeiss ZF/ZF2 lenses on Pentax bodies.

-This conversion is reversible and will not damage either the lens or the camera.
-The conversion requires a minor modification of the lens aperture ring. Reversing the conversion will  restore full               functionality on a Nikon camera.
-The Nikon and Zeiss ZF lenses (Classic, Milvus and Otus) will focus to infinity.
-The Pentax cameras will meter and show the  focus confirmation light in the viewfinder.
-The shake-reduction system of the Pentax camera will work with adapted lenses.

I have the K20D, but I think the settings are similar on other models: in the Custom Setting menu, go to "Using aperture ring" and set "permitted". On the K1, you have to go to the Custom Menu #4 and active "Using Aperture Ring" as well.
This way, your camera will work and meter in Av mode with adapted lenses.

The Leitax mount will work on all the Zeiss ZF and ZF.2 lenses, including Milvus and Otus. But only on certain Nikkor manual lenses , as you can see in the instructions for Nikkor lenses.

Please check the screws length of your compatible Nikkor lens original mount, so I will send the correct ones for the Leitax mount.

Nikon-Pentax bayonet, no adapter   
This is our Pentax K mount for Nikkor and Zeiss ZF/ZF2 lenses.

Also included the necessary  screws and a spare ball bearing in case the one in the ZF lens gets lost.

If you want to convert the following Zeiss ZF/ZF2 lenses: 25/2, 35/1.4, 35/2, 100/2 or 135/2 , please ask for special screws.

-The O-ring also forms tight friction, it will avoid losing the cap.

With certain models, we'll have to manipulate inside the lens, it's not a good place for something metallic. With this plastic tool I don't make any scratches on the lenses. 		3 Euro

I use this model for the Phillips screws for the Nikon and Zeiss lenses, it is industrial grade quality made by Irazola, and the design is very good, you can push and turn it firmly with the rotary end and the rubber finish.
